Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you’ve ordered in stock, we notify you by email immediately.

In the rare instance that an out-of-stock item is not expected to come back in stock, we cancel the order for that item. In this case, we don’t charge you for the item or any taxes or shipping charges related to it. You may see a temporary authorization on your credit card. However, if your order includes other items, taxes and shipping for that part of your order are still charged.

We process orders as quickly as possible. High demand can sometimes cause certain items to sell out. If that happens to one of your ordered items, we’ll email you immediately. If the item won’t be back in stock, the item will be cancelled. You won’t be charged for the item or related taxes or shipping. You may see a temporary authorization on your credit card.

If your order doesn’t arrive within that timeframe, contact us.

NOTE: If you cancel an item purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again

Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Team inspect every item after the manufacturing process and before shipping to our customers.

After receiving your order and payment confirmation, we conduct quality rigorous control checks to ensure the products quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction.  

*We currently DO NOT SHIP to: Russian Federation, Iran, Venezuela, Pakistan, Lebanon, Syria, Kuwait and Kosovo.

 Depending on the location once the order is ready can take 2-3 business days in the U.S, 9 – 12 days in other countries to be shipped.

Shipping

Shipping will be free with every $100.00 purchase, and it will ship out via USPS first class the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Purchases under $100.00 will pay the appropriate shipping charges per weight of the item(s) purchased.

We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include, Prices in the chart above reflect shipping for domestic orders only.

Status of Your Order

As soon as you place your order, you can see where it is on its way to your door.

Your order may take the full shipping timeframe to arrive to you. If your order shows “in-process” that means, we are getting your order ready to go! We will adjust the shipping method of your order to make sure that it’s delivered to you by the promised date. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

Click “Orders” to track your order. You can either sign into your account to see your recent order history, or you can look up a single order by entering the order number and your email address.

Return policy 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process refunds. We are not responsible for items that do not fit or that you do not like or have changed your mind. You may return them at your own cost. All shipping/freight charges must be prepaid by customer on exchanged items unless the exchange is a result of our error.

All exchanges/returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. If you require any additional information, you may our corporate number for any other or additional questions (786)218-5520.

To initiate a return, contact us at ——–, in the subject mention “Return + Reference “write the reference of the product and the reason to return, we will contact you to give you the return instructions, write us a short text of your dissatisfaction. Describe your order problem and provide a picture showing the issue. Once we have received your email, we will reply to you within 24 hours.

Any exchange will be processed once it has been received by our customer service center in Miami Florida, that also will notify you the same way (e-mail).

  • U. S Only: The return address will be provided by the support team through email. 
  • Please do not return the product to the address on the package you received.

Items may be exchanged within 5 days of receipt and must be in their original condition with tags.

We do not accepted items if tags have been removed. Laundered items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Embroidered items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. 

Defective merchandise is subject to exchange within 5 days after delivery, but not refund.
